Summer Kickoff 2025 Vendor Registration
Help us kickoff summer in Wood River. Live Music, Great Food, Shopping, and fun for the entire family. Even try your hand at Dunking our Mayor or Police Chief!
May 17th 11-2pm Downtown Wood River, Ferguson Ave.
Are you a crafter, artist or maker? Are you a baker, salsa/sauce or pickle maker? We want you!! Local small businesses are welcome to join in the fun!
We are looking for local vendors to fill vendor row. We have 30 spaces available.
Setup will begin at 9:30 am and you must be setup by 11am, you will have space for a 10×10 pop up tent.
You will need to provide your own tent, table and chairs. No Refunds
You will receive setup instructions via email one week before the event. If you are a cottage kitchen you MUST be licensed through the Madison County Health Department.
